WeFraming.com Terms of Use

By accessing this website (WeFraming.com), you represent that you have (1) read, understand, and agree to the terms of use set forth herein, (2) that you are of age to enter a legally binding purchase contract with WeFraming.com, and (3) that you have the authorization to enter into this contract personally or on behalf of a business. Further, note that these terms of service (TOS) are subject to change without any notice. Your continued use of this website indicates that you agree to those changes as they occur.

Users

Users (customers) may browse the WeFraming account or register to create an account with us. An account is not required to order frames/make a purchase. However, if you choose to create an account, you agree that all the information you provide is current, accurate, and within your rights to provide. If we suspect that your information is inaccurate or that it has been stolen, we reserve the right to deny services/suspend transactions.

Accounts

Users who choose to create an account agree to share personal information with WeFraming.com, including their legal name and mailing address. You agree not to share this information with any others. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any account information. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to ensure account and website security.

Orders

Users agree to be bound by these terms when placing an order through WeFraming.com:

• When you place an order, you will provide all required order-related information, as well as your financial information (required for order payment). We will process your payment at that time.
• You may transmit artwork in digital format for us to print and frame, or you may send us physical artwork to be framed.
• If you are transmitting digital art, you are solely responsible for ensuring it is of sufficient resolution for the print size chosen.
• WeFraming.com reserves the right to deny your order/not print your artwork for any reason we deem necessary, including pornography, theft, copyright violation, and more. If we cancel/deny your order before it is completed, we will issue a refund at that time.
• You are responsible for shipping any physical artwork with sufficient protection to withstand the rigors of shipping. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of your artwork during the shipping process.
• Any estimated shipping date provided by WeFraming.com is based on the date we receive your artwork, material availability, payment processing, and order processing time.

Payments

WeFraming.com requires payment through a digital gateway. Users must provide credit or debit card information, or other payment-related information required for the supported payment method. This can include but is not limited to your name, shipping address, billing address, and credit/debit card number. By submitting this information, you authorize WeFraming.com to bill your payment method within thirty (30) days of authorization.

You represent that you own the payment method and related information and that it is yours alone. You also represent that you are of legal age to use such payment methods (18 years of age in most cases). WeFraming.com is not liable in the case of unauthorized credit/debit card use or the unauthorized use of any other form of payment.

Pricing and Availability

WeFraming.com makes every reasonable effort to ensure accurate pricing is displayed for all items, materials, etc. on our website. We also make every reasonable effort to communicate information related to material/item availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all items, colors, and materials are in-stock at all times, nor can we guarantee that all prices are accurate until you place an order.

Fit and Suitability

If we receive your artwork and determine that it is not suitable/will not fit your chosen frame/matting/etc., we will communicate this information to you and suggest alternatives. This may require additional charges or a change in the price of your order. You authorize us to make these changes to complete your order.

Ownership of Technology

By using WeFraming.com, you acknowledge that the software, systems, and technology within the website belong to us, and any copyrights or licenses likewise belong to WeFraming.com or our licensors. You agree to never copy, modify, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, sell, or redistribute any element of our technology without our express permission.

Submitted Materials

By using our website, you represent that you have the right to submit your materials to us. In so doing, you grant us a temporary, limited right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works to produce your order. All rights to the materials/artwork are retained by the original artist. However, you agree that the rights to any layout or template created using our tools available through our site remain with us.

User Conduct

By using this website, you agree to be bound by our rules of conduct.

• You will not engage in or promote any illegal activity.
• You will not upload or print any content that might be harmful to minors.
• You will not upload malicious/harmful software, such as malware or viruses.
• You will not use our website to harass others.
• You will not impersonate another person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your identity.
